<p><em>We designed a completely new look for Schroeder, one that communicated on three levels. The first level is a clean, white opaque package that communicated a European sophistication. The next level is the use of the words One, Two, Whole, and Skim each scaled reflect the fat level of the milk, The last is the use of rotating, esoteric phrases that spoke to consumers in an anti-marketing language. Phrases like for dreamers and optimists and for those who fall somewhere in between. The early results speak for themselves. Schroeder saw a sustained 15% increase in distribution due to their new packaging and 22% increase in sales of milk during a recessionary economy.</em></p>

<p>Au-delà de la naturalité et de la sobiété souhaité par la marque pour cette gamme, le choix de l&#8217;alu brossé a été également dicté par une préoccupation environnementale, ce type de bouteille «est indéfiniment recyclable». L&#8217;étiquette est sobre, elle aussi, à la couleur du jus qu’elle contient : rosé pour le pamplemousse rose, jaune pour le citron et orange pour l’orange. <p><em>The recent surge of enhanced water products has attracted much of the health conscious population of today. My re-designed packaging system repositions Pure American’s vitamin water under the new alias, V+M, a vitamin-enhanced mineral water that helps emphasize the health benefit of each of the flavors, conducive to overall well-being. A specific vitamin is highlighted on each bottle, as represented through the suitable animal icon.</em></p>

<p><em>The client wanted us to develop a brand identity and a product design for a new entrant in the non-alcoholic beverage industry. Dur idea was to create a product that combines classic barmixers with the functionality of an energy drink and a brand that addresses to urban creative leaders. Awards that it won &#8211; Bronze World Medal at the New York Festivals, Distinctive Merit at Art Directors Club New York and Best Design 2008 at the Creative Review Annual. </em></p>

<p><strong><em>Description originale</em></strong></p>
<p><em>Pearlfisher has created the brand identity, name and packaging for the Cawston Press range of apple juices; the apple juice brand formerly known as Cawston Vale. </em></p>
<p><em>Pearlfisher was tasked with visibly capturing and preserving the flavour and essence of the apple, creating a stand-out design that visibly connects the consumer with the fruit and the qualities attributed to the natural juice produced by Cawston Press. Creative director Natalie Chung says: “The design essence is ripe and raw and we have created a bold and contemporary visual language to reflect the taste benefits of a product that will not compromise on quality.”</em></p>
<p><em>The new name and identity is intended to inspire a consumer reappraisal of the ambient juice sector by drawing attention to the availability of a premium quality juice, made from 100% whole pressed apples rather than fruit concentrates, that isn’t found in the chiller. It also aims to reinvigorate the ambient aisle itself, introducing premium branded innovation to an area generally perceived as generic, standardised and with no named brands.</em></p>
<p><em>Mark Palmer, Marketing Director at Cawston Press says: “We are delighted with such a strong, vibrant and clear packaging design. We needed an identity that could shout above the crowd – speaking directly to consumers as well as creating a strong dynamic shelf presence to bring some much needed news to the neglected ambient fixture.”</em></p>
<p><em>The five newly branded variants of Cawston Press (Apple, Apple &amp; Ginger, Apple &amp; Elderflower, Apple &amp; Rhubarb and Apple &amp; Blackcurrant) will be sold in Waitrose, Ocado, Booths and speciality food stores from January 2010. RRP £1.79 for a 1 litre pack.</em></p>
